Hillman Group Hex Nut

DESCRIPTION

Hex nuts are to be used with machine bolts to adhere facing materials in order to prevent tension and shear movement. Parts are recommended for use in conjunction with washers and bolts of similar finish to complete a secure fastener. Also included in Hillman assortment #45471 / label #45470.

• CORROSION-RESISTANT FINISH: Zinc plating offers moderate protection against rust and corrosion
• 1/4"-28 SAE FINE THREAD: Matches bolts or rods of a 1/4"-28 fine thread size
• DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN: Overtightening risks stripping of threads upon installation
• PART OF A COMPLETE FASTENING SOLUTION: Use with bolts, threaded rods, or washers of the same thread size and finish
• Zinc finish for improved corrosion resistance
• These hex nuts feature fine 1/4"-28 thread
