Gardner, 3.6 qt, white roof coating, a tough, flexible, white acrylic roof coating, this product resists cracking & peeling while extending the life of the roofing substrate, it expands & contracts with the roofs movement to resist damage, this coating also provides a protective barrier which reflects the suns heat & destructive uv rays, in turn, this helps to cool surfaces & leads to a reduction of roof temperatures, do not allow stored product to freeze, surface must be clean & dry, can be used on concrete roofs, coverage of 50-75 sqft per gallon, always use 2 coats, clean up with soap & water, full cure in 24-48 hours, 3 year warranty.
